The Research Associate is responsible for conducting customer service satisfaction interviews. Research Associates furnish fast, detailed information summarizing responses into need-to-know, act-now, and comprehensive data. Skills needed: to fulfill this position include but not limited to typing 35 wpm with exceptional accuracy, excellent verbal skills, and strong work ethics. A qualified candidate must be self-motivated.
 
 
Work Schedule: (20 hours minimum)
 
8am-12pm Monday – Friday
8am-1pm Saturday
